Building a trail-ready Ford Bronco usually means a pile of parts catalogs, a few forum threads, and a lot of guesswork about what fits. Now, however, Ford wants to make that easier. Its new Ford Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package puts a coordinated set of off-road upgrades into one limited-edition, dealer-installed kit for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Bronco models, and it carries an MSRP of $18,995.

The ORV Package is an accessory package rather than a separate Bronco model. It is meant to build on the off-road hardware already baked into the Bronco, not replace it. That foundation keeps moving forward, too, as we saw when the 2027 Ford Bronco Filson previewed where the lineup is headed.

What the Bronco ORV Package Includes

The heart of the package is an Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX. Ford pairs it with Bronco Raptor skid plates and fuel-tank protection, along with rocker-panel trail armor. In other words, you get some of the same underbody armor we leaned on during our Bronco Raptor off-road demo.

Up front, a modular bumper with park aid replaces the stock piece. Meanwhile, RIGID auxiliary lighting and an auxiliary switch kit handle nighttime trail duty. Ford also includes a ProCal calibration tool to keep everything working together.

Black WELD Wheels and Red Accents

The package does not skimp on the look, either. It rolls on 17-inch black WELD wheels and adds Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, and red grille letter caps. Finally, a stealth hood decal, a blackout rocker graphic, and unique ORV badging finish the build.

Tires are not part of the kit, though. Buyers need to supply their own, and Ford recommends 315/70R17 rubber. That works out to roughly a 35-inch tire, similar in size to what the Sasquatch Package brings to models like the Bronco Everglades.

Eligibility is narrower than you might expect. The kit fits select 2025 and 2026 four-door Bronco Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks models. Also, fitment depends on trim, camera and Lux configuration, and whether the vehicle already has the Sasquatch Package. Ford leaves out the Badlands and Bronco Raptor, because both already carry much of this hardware. As a result, Ford advises customers to confirm fitment with their dealer before ordering.

Customers order the package through their Ford dealer. The $18,995 MSRP covers the parts, but dealer pricing and installation charges may vary, so expect the final bill to climb. Ford also includes a supplemental Ford Racing Parts warranty of three years or 36,000 miles, starting from the new vehicle in-service date. Plus, installation by a Ford dealer or an ASE-certified technician will not void the standard new-vehicle warranty. However, some items shown in the photos, such as matte film protection, are not part of the standard package.

This package is the latest kit from Ford Custom Garage, which groups compatible Ford Accessories and Ford Racing Parts under a single configuration-specific part number for a cohesive, dealer-installed build. You can see the full kit on Ford’s Bronco ORV Package page. The Bronco has been one of Ford’s bright spots lately, too, as its third-quarter sales showed.

Our Take on the Bronco ORV Package

At $18,995 before tires and installation, the Bronco ORV Package is not cheap. Plus, a Badlands with the Sasquatch Package covers a lot of the same ground for less money. Still, for Big Bend or Outer Banks owners who want a factory-backed build without piecing it together themselves, the warranty and one-stop dealer install make a strong case.
